Now Hiring: Executive Assistant / Office ManagerPharmaceutical Industry | RingaskiddyAn established pharmaceutical company based in Ringaskiddy is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join its team. This is a full-time, fully onsite role supporting the VP of International Pharma Sales while also assisting with HR and general office operations.This position offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Details:Location: Fully onsite in Ringaskiddy, Co. CorkSalary: €40,000 – €45,000 depending on experienceAnnual Leave: 22 daysWork Hours: 39-hour work week with flexible start between 7:30AM – 9:30AMBenefits: 7% Pension, Laya Healthcare, Sports & Social ClubThe Role:This is a support role with responsibility across three core areas:Executive Assistant DutiesManage the complex calendar, appointments, and international travel for the VP of International Pharma SalesPrepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items from meetingsHandle confidential matters with professionalism and discretionProvide project and administrative support as requiredHR SupportAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and schedulingCoordinate recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and candidate communicationsSupport employee training, engagement initiatives, and wellness programsServe as a point of contact for HR-related queries and policy guidanceOffice ManagementOversee office policies and daily operations to ensure efficiencyManage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, liaising with vendors and contractorsAct as the Cork site’s main point of contact for IT, working with external providers and the internal IT managerCoordinate company travel, on-site meetings, and eventsAssist with meeting room bookings and support the Industrial Department in scheduling medical appointmentsSupport infrastructure planning, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks as requiredKey Requirements:Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar support roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointExperience managing busy diaries, booking international travel, and handling logisticsExcellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skillsHigh level of discretion and professionalismAbility to work independently while also collaborating across teamsFamiliarity with HR procedures and recruitment coordination is advantageous
