Job Description:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Network Technician to manage and support network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and infrastructure installations, with a willingness to work on diverse projects. This role requires someone who is not only technically proficient but also possesses strong communication skills and an open-minded approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Install Low Voltage Cabling. (Cat6, Fiber Optics, Etc.).
• Set up and manage wired and wireless networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with team members and clients to assess network requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to network infrastructure.
• Document network configurations, changes, and procedures for future reference.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to integrate and optimize network systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Network Technician or in a similar role.
• In-depth understanding of network infrastructure and hardware.
• Hands-on experience with various network technologies (e.g., LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Familiarity with network security practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional on-call support.
• A certification in networking (e.g., CompTIA Network , Cisco CCNA) is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
