We have a great opportunity for an Export Clerk to join our clients team in West Drayton. This role will be working Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00.Requirements:
Ensure completion of export files to the required standards.
Coordinate air export freight activities, including documentation, data entry, shipment tracking, billing, and delivery arrangements.
Resolve customer queries effectively.
Assist in reception and receiving areas as needed.
Organise and maintain office records and files, ensuring accuracy and currency.
Verify cargo weights and dimensions.
Handle requirements for dangerous or controlled goods, ensuring proper permits and licenses are secured.Qualifications and Experience:
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Extensive knowledge of air freight, customer service, and operations.
Proficient in QD Reports, flight status, post-flight processes, and airline requirements.
Familiarity with ASM Sequoia or similar systems.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.
Proven customer service expertise.
Excellent attention to detail.
Completion of Aviation Security Level CO (training provided).
