External CleanerMain duties will include but not limited to:-
- Roof Cleaning
- Gutter Cleaning
- Facia & Soffit Cleaning
- Soft-washing.
- Window Cleaning
- Adhering to safety standards & ensuring quality workmanship on every project.
- Working at Height
Location: Based just outside Athlone, to cover Westmeath, Roscommon & Galway.Requirements:
- Should be Midlands based, with own transport too & from office based just outside Athlone.
- Have experience in working at height.
- Safe Pass certification (preferred)
- Working at Heights certification (preferred)
- Work is based within the Westmeath, Roscommon & Galway area’s so travel within these area’s is essential in company van.
- Full clean driving licence is essential
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to work quality & problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eligible to work in EU/EEA
- Good communication skills – written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English for workplace communication.
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices.
- Exceptional customer service skills required.
