Façade/Brickwork Manager – DublinDOE: €65K – €85KCompany Overview:A leading Tier-1 Main Contractor with various ongoing projects throughout Ireland. Due to continued business growth, they are seeking a Brickwork/Façade Manager.Job Summary:We are recruiting for a Brickwork/Façade Manager for our Client. This is a permanent, fulltime position, it would be best suited to an ambitious, results-oriented Façade/Brickwork Manager. The successful candidate will join their team in Dublin and report to the management team.Your responsibilities will be as below:Key Responsibilities:

  • Attending and contributing to weekly Management Team meetings for the Construction Team.
  • Overseeing and maintaining the Site Diary, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of progress.
  • Coordinating and managing subcontractors to ensure seamless integration with the overall project timeline.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding project specifications.
  • Managing project budgets and schedules for facade and brickwork components, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
  • Providing leadership and motivation to the site team, including subcontractors, to drive productivity and quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Trades Background
  • Previous experience (minimum 4 years) in a similar management capacity for a Main Building Contractor in Ireland or the UK.
  • Strong ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Keen eye for detail with a focus on quality assurance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and leading facade/brickwork elements, including Scaffold, SFS, Brickwork, and Windows.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating complex construction activities.
