Line of Service Internal Firm ServicesIndustry/Sector Not ApplicableSpecialism IFS – OperationsManagement Level Senior ManagerJob Description & Summary PwC Ireland- Bring Your Talent, Grow Your Skills, Unlock Your Potential!As a Facility and Support Services Manager, your responsibilities include the high quality professional delivery of all FM hard and soft services along with managing the business support areas of mail, central filing, print & office supply services to the business.You will work closely with the existing Building & Support Services teams and TFM provider to deliver all day-to-day facilities and operational services in line with established standards.
This role requires experience and knowledge of technical services in a busy large scale office environment, strong leadership and team management skills and sound financial judgement with excellent customer relationship and general management skills.Responsible for:Facilities Management:The core objective of this role is to oversee the daily operations of the organisation’s facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.Ensure all planned, reactive and project works are undertaken in a fully compliant and efficient manner and to deliver service excellence in day-to-day operations and reporting.Liaise with the FM lead/supervisor to support and develop the onsite team to enable them to excel in their roles.To develop, implement and manage all PPM, corrective and reactive maintenance activities utilising the FM providers system.Manage service providers who deliver facilities services, ensuring full compliance with all requirements.Prepare budgets and manage financial performance of the FM contractConduct regular site audits to ensure quality of FM services are being delivered to expected standards.Ensure that project works are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality levels.Liaison with and support of the Firm’s Environmental Health & Safety function and programmesSupport Services:Oversee operational support services including theManagement of the retrieval, filing, destruction and maintenance of the firm’s filing processes.Delivery the firm’s print, office supplies and associated services to the businessManage mail operations including the collection, delivery and routing of all internal and external post, office logistics and courier requirements.Manage contracts and service level agreements for external service providersExperiences and skills:Degree level qualifications in FM, technical/engineering and/or business administration or related disciplines are highly desirable.A minimum of 5 years experience in the delivery of similar services at this level.Previous experience managing contractor / client relationships.Experience in managing and developing high performing teamsExperience and understanding of international accreditation systemsExperience in managing Health & Safety aspects of the roleExcellent IT, administration and communication skills.Assist in the production and delivery of internal and external reportsMonitor and allocate work in a timely manner.Liaise with colleagues to update on tasks and projects where requiredMonitor key metrics and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Excellent communications and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage budgets and negotiate contractsUnlock your potential with PwC IrelandWe believe that challenges are better solved together!
