Job Description
Bee Sweet Citrus is seeking a highly energetic, motivated individual who is interested in pursuing a career in the farming industry to join our Farm Management Department as an Assistant Farm Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
- Understanding of plant agronomy
- Know how to communicate with team members
- Knowledge of different types of soils, water, fertilizers and tree health
- Must be organized
- Must understand farm equipment
- Must be a hands on manager
- Be able to work effectively within a team
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must have computer skills and know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
