Your expertise in financial management, compliance, and sustainable farming will be highly valued as you drive the farm’s success.If you have 5+ years of farm management experience, a strong understanding of root vegetable production, and a knack for budgeting, equipment maintenance, and workforce leadership, we want to hear from you!Benefits:€58,000/annum for a 45hr weekKey Responsibilities:Supervising farm activities – Managing planting, harvesting, and overall crop production.Managing labour and staff – Hiring, training, and overseeing farm workers and ensuring safety regulations are followed.Budgeting and financial management – Monitoring expenses, setting budgets, and ensuring profitability.Equipment and resource management – Overseeing the maintenance of machinery, tools, and farm infrastructure.Implementing agricultural best practices – Using modern farming techniques, ensuring soil health, pest control, and sustainable farming practices.Compliance with regulations – Ensuring adherence to government regulations, food safety standards, and environmental laws. Marketing and sales – Coordinating with buyers, negotiating prices, and planning distribution strategies.
