Farm Mechanic

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Bee Sweet Citrus, Inc. — (Fowler, CA) is seeking an experienced farm mechanic. This position will work with the BSC Farm Management team maintaining trucks, tractors, sprayers, and implements. In addition knowledge of backhoe and construction equipment operation is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

2-5 Years

SKILLS & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Performing routine maintenance and equipment inspections

Hydraulics

Welding and Fabrication

Engines including diesels and propane

Wind machine knowledge

Diesel trucks and equipment trailers

Familiarity with Central Valley roads

Safe operation of tractors, sprayers and implements

Knowledge of construction equipment operation including backhoes, skid steers and forklifts

Knowledge of computers and asset management software

Know how to communicate with team members

Must be organized and independent

Be able to work effectively within a team

Must have a clean driving record
