Producing and updating various reports and information and collecting data from production teams.
Managing data traffic and preparing the data for necessary presentations.
Writing the rules set by the farm operation teams in standard operation procedures formats.
PROCUREMENT:
In coordination with production farms, preparing documentation regarding product specs, quality, and quantities.
Inputting all data to the procurement tool.
Organizing the logistics of all purchased goods to production farms.
Organizing vehicle maintenance schedules.
ADMIN SUPPORT FOR FARMS:
Coordinating and organizing all meetings for production farms.
Considering the biosecurity policies, coordinating and assisting suppliers’ movements between production farms.
Planning the annual agenda of the farm production team.
Updating agreed non-production reports and provide information to allow management of various other items.
Ensuring that all the farms are complying with QMS documentation requirements.
Job Qualifications Required
Specific Experience:
Min 3 years of experience in data analysis and project management
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields (engineering, statistics, business administration, etc.)
Stakeholder management experience
Be able to work and communicate at all levels within the company (farm workers to senior level)
Understanding & management of business and technical KPIs with a budget focus

Communication: Communicating effectively (verbally and in writing) with superiors and subordinates to ensure expectations are clear to all
