Farm Operations Assistant
DATA COLLECTION & REPORTING:
- Producing and updating various reports and information and collecting data from production teams.
- Managing data traffic and preparing the data for necessary presentations.
- Writing the rules set by the farm operation teams in standard operation procedures formats.
PROCUREMENT:
- In coordination with production farms, preparing documentation regarding product specs, quality, and quantities.
- Inputting all data to the procurement tool.
- Organizing the logistics of all purchased goods to production farms.
- Organizing vehicle maintenance schedules.
ADMIN SUPPORT FOR FARMS:
- Coordinating and organizing all meetings for production farms.
- Considering the biosecurity policies, coordinating and assisting suppliers’ movements between production farms.
- Planning the annual agenda of the farm production team.
- Updating agreed non-production reports and provide information to allow management of various other items.
- Ensuring that all the farms are complying with QMS documentation requirements.
Job Qualifications Required
Specific Experience:
- Min 3 years of experience in data analysis and project management
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields (engineering, statistics, business administration, etc.)
- Stakeholder management experience
- Be able to work and communicate at all levels within the company (farm workers to senior level)
- Understanding & management of business and technical KPIs with a budget focus

- Reporting: Recording, reporting, analysis of farm production data
- Communication: Communicating effectively (verbally and in writing) with superiors and subordinates to ensure expectations are clear to all
- Leadership: Providing timely guidance and support to relevant parties
- Standardization: Creating and promoting the usage of standard materials & reports
- Innovative Thinking: Curiosity to understand the needs of the farms and coming up with continuous improvement ideas for data analysis, reporting and procurement.
- Problem-solving: Offering recommendations to improve productivity, profitability and how to operate as a wider team
- Be proactive in identifying issues and opportunities.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Organized and structured approach to managing workload.
- Self-motivated with the desire to learn new skills.
- Language: Fluent in English & Turkish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point
People management: No direct reports but high people interaction and coordination on a daily basis
Financial management: Not required
Travel: In-city farm visits
