Accountabilities with Key Outcomes:

Operating assigned equipment in a safe and efficient manner to support daily farm activities.
Field Operations – operate tractors, forklift and implements to perform required field tasks.
Harvest Operations- Moving seed using hand-held rake or blower, removing branches or brush in rows to facilitate harvest of seed in the field.
Field Prep (discing, bed shaping, etc.).
Troubleshooting equipment issues in field to minimize downtime.
Completing daily paperwork on field tasks.
