Fence Laborer – Farm Fence Installation (Salem / Silverton / Stayton / Dallas / Mill City/ Metro Areas)
Pay & Schedule:
- Starting at $20/hour
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary depending on weather and job site needs)
- Occasional overtime available
- Evaluation-to-hire position
Job Description:
We are looking for hardworking individuals to join a professional farm fencing crew. This role involves installing New Zealand style farm fencing across multiple job sites in the Willamette Valley. Projects typically take 3–5 days to complete, and drive time is paid one way to job sites.
Duties include:
- Assisting with fence installation using specialized equipment (skid steer, forklifts, mixers, dandy diggers, excavators)
- Helping with hole digging and concrete mixing (mechanized equipment provided – no hand digging)
- Loading and unloading materials at the Mill City shop and job sites
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
Requirements:
- Clean driving record (DMV report will be run)
- Trailer towing experience preferred
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must pass a drug screening
- Reliability and willingness to learn are essential

- Interviews starting immediately
