Our client is recruiting for a Field-Based Sales Coordinator to promote and coordinate eye and hearing tests for residents in sheltered housing schemes and patients within their homes across Nottinghamshire.In this role, you will engage directly with residents, build relationships, and advise them on the importance of eye and hearing health. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with residents will be key to your success.Visit sheltered housing schemes to promote eye and hearing test services.Book appointments and ensure residents understand the process and benefits.Build and maintain strong relationships with residents.Meet targets while delivering exceptional service.Keep accurate records of interactions and appointments using a CRM system.Work closely with the healthcare team to coordinate and follow up on appointments.Provide a friendly, empathetic, professional service, making residents feel comfortable and supported.Proven experience in sales, optical, audiology, healthcare services, or similar fields.Strong communication and persuasion skills with a passion for helping others.Friendly, professional, and empathetic personality.Ability to work independently while managing your schedule efficiently.Comfortable with basic computer tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (if applicable).Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Flexible working hours – work independently while making a difference.Comprehensive training and ongoing support.A rewarding role where you positively impact people’s lives.Join our clients team and make a real difference in the lives of residents across Nottinghamshire!How to Apply:📞 Contact/WhatsApp: 07789510552📧 Email:🌐 Visit:
