We are seeking a Field Service Engineer I to deliver frontline support for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance activities, including installation and commissioning, in line with global standards.
  • Provide frontline support for key field service activities at customer sites.
  • Conduct basic faultfinding and troubleshooting to resolve or escalate issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety protocols.
  • Compile detailed reports and provide feedback on service activities.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain software products and monitoring platforms.
  • Accurately capture service-related information through established processes.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or formal qualification in mechanical, electromechanical, or electronics disciplines.
  • Previous field service experience in a relevant or related industry, ideally customer-facing.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to deliver solutions that meet expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and self-directed work ethic.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both the local language and basic English.
  • Proficient in using computer software for data recording and report writing.
  • Understanding of technical documentation, including technical drawings.

Working Conditions:

  • Shift work may be required to meet customer commitments and emergency coverage.
  • The role involves a high level of physical activity; a medical assessment will be conducted prior to employment.
