Field Service Engineer UK & ROI

AVR is a rapidly growing family business with international ambitions. In the light of these ambitions, we are looking for a regional Field Service Specialist UK & ROI.

Responsabilities

  • partnering up with dealers in the region supported by the AVR sales and service team, to promote best practice behaviours related to service
  • Getting the dealer management, service management and all levels of the business team engaged in order to improve service growth, profitability and absorption through training and promoting service standard methodologies
  • Promoting customer satisfaction, market share growth and retention by continuously driving toward a best-in-class dealer network
  • Ensuring technical support within dealerships by promoting training requirements and providing outstanding service support for products sold
  • Providing ealers with technical assistance and ensuring available technical resources are applied
  • Assisting dealers with warranty and out-of-warranty concerns
  • Ensuring Dealer Product Improvement Programs (PIP’s) are completed
  • Quantifying and supervising emerging product concerns in the field and following-up on them to ensure proactive resolution in order to positively affect customer satisfaction. Syncing with AVR Service and AVR engineering.
  • Managing and reporting dealer and customer interactions proactively as part of developing enhanced product support
  • Supporting corporate and cealer events and farm shows

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and five years of experience in dealer service operations and / or relevant agricultural or construction equipment experience

Knowledge of potato equipment is a big plus.

Willingness to travel
