Prince Telecom is seeking a Fiber Optic Repair & Maintenance Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to join our team and help connect America. We are looking for a dynamic leader to supervise all construction operations in accordance with the customer and industry specifications.
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000/yr (based on experience)
Job Type: Full Time
What you’ll do…
- Assist with the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization
- Supervise day to day activities/project teams and project progress
- Establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports
- Identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
- Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
- Supervise staff to ensure the organization’s activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
- Perform mandatory job site inspections to ensure employee compliance
Who we are looking for…
- Minimum 1 year fiber optic experience
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must live within 80 miles of Charlotte, NC
- Must be able to work a very flexible schedule
- Team player
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
