Salary: Php 799, 973.00 per annum net of taxes
Context
Under the functional supervision of the National Finance and Administrative Officer, the successful candidate will be proving finance and administrative support to the Migration Government Indicators (MGI) Project. He/She will be given financial planning, monitoring, analysis and reporting tasks, and administrative support functions (including procurement processes).
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
- University degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Administration with three years of relevant work experience.
- Professional certification as chartered accountant (CA) or certified public accountant (CPA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) will be a distinct advantage.
Experience:
- Experience in IOM administrative and financial management, budget monitoring, cash management and internal control procedures.
- Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning system.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an international organisation an advantage.
- Knowledge of IOM financial rules and regulations.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Ability to work with national and international institutions.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise report.
- Demonstrated ability to and exercise sound judgment.
- Knowledge of PRISM and PRIMA.
- Knowldege of OIPA, OPRA, and OTA.
