The primary focus of the role is to assist the Finance Office Supervisor & Assistant Director of Finance in the smooth running of the Finance department, leading to full and accurate completion of all Finance functions of the responsible areas.

The role includes duties in the following areas:

• Accounts Receivable – Invoices are checked and sent out, Guest ledger, Credit card accurals.

• Credit Control

• Food & Beverage Cost Control – Place orders in Birch Street, process invoices, maintain inventory controls.

• General Cashier – Prepare over-banking for Front Office, prepare daily bank deposits.

• Accounts Payable

• Events Billing

• Income Audit

• Associated month end responsibilities
