Salary up to £55,000 (DOE)A new opportunity has arisen to join our client within the drinks industry as a Finance Business Partner. This role offers the chance to work closely with operational teams, influencing decisions and driving cost efficiencies across the business.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly financial reporting, as well as maintaining monthly operational forecasts and support long-term planning
- Build strong relationships with site and operational managers to improve financial understanding
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver insightful analysis
- Prepare monthly journals and report key KPIs
- Support yearly insurance renewals and fixed asset verification processes
- Attend monthly steering committee meetings, providing financial support and strategic input
What You’ll Bring:
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a business partnering role
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously
