Job description
Excellent opportunity to lead the finance function of a PE backed Irish SME company within the service sector. Reporting to the MD, key responsibilities will include:
- Commercial Finance & Commercial Decision Support
- Board Reporting
- Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Banking, Cashflow & Treasury Management
- Leadership – Finance, HR and IT
Requirements for this RoleIdeal candidate will have the following background:
- Chartered Accountant, with Big 4/ Top 10 training background
- M&A or TS background a definite plus
- Strong academic track record from a top university
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Prior experience as Head of Finance
