Under the guidance of ISF, support the American Red Cross (AmRC) Philippine Delegation in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) by delivering financial management assistance for Red Cross disaster preparedness programs. Responsible for all matters related to the Delegation and PRC fund use, budgets, compliance issues, and financial reporting
Responsibilities
- Support to the National Society
- Delegation Financial Management
- Support for AmRC Asia and Pacific Division Finance
Qualifications
- Problem-solving ability that will help the team in making transactions, processing the data needed and reaching a resolution
- Teamwork Skills that will aid in pursuing and reaching the common goal of the team
- Productive worker, person with positive attitude and organized behaviour.
- Understanding of the principle of risk management in relation to project and program finance, and experience of their practical application.
- Experience of working with USAID BHA projects and knowledge of donor requirements
