PermanentDublin North, Dublin€80000 – €85000 per annum bonus pension hybridFinance Manager – Fleet & TreasuryMy client, a leading player in the mobility and fleet services sector, is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to lead fleet finance and treasury operations. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on cash flow management, fleet asset accounting, and financial planning.You’ll partner closely with the Fleet Director and senior stakeholders, ensuring financial integrity across procurement, planning, and funding activities.Duties:

• Lead month-end close for fleet P&L and balance sheet (accruals, depreciation, provisions).
• Deliver variance analysis and insights on fleet KPIs.
• Maintain strong financial controls and risk management for fleet assets.
• Oversee fleet budgeting, forecasting, and alignment with financing plans.
• Support OEM contract approvals and funding submissions.
• Manage daily and long-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with funding agreements and securitisation.
• Oversee treasury reporting, bank reconciliations, and payment processes.
• Build strong relationships with banking partners.

Skills:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with solid knowledge of debits, credits, and reporting.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting, treasury, or fleet finance.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Confident communicator with stakeholder management skills.
• Background in asset-heavy sectors (e.g., automotive, leasing, logistics) is a plus.
