The UK business forms one of these projects and so we are looking for a UK Finance Project Manager to join this programme. You will ensure both UK finance and business requirements are embedded into the programme, and then manage delivery against these requirements.What you’ll doEngage with stakeholders to define functional requirements across UK finance and the broader UK business. Through this process you will also determine the second order impacts on the UK business.Establish parameters for success with all stakeholders including executive sponsorsWork with the programme to create a project plan that connects all the relevant stakeholders and SMEs to deliver on the requirements.Establish UK project governance, reporting and controls, and support enterprise-level reportingProactively monitor project progress, resolving issues, anticipating and managing risk whilst ensuring key stakeholders are informed and aware. Report on progress to UK CFO and UK executive.Manage communications with broad stakeholder groups across the UK and Enterprise, including third parties where applicableBuild and leverage a network of experts in our systems and processesWhat we are looking forExperience delivering as part of a large multi-million pound, multi-year programme, on finance projects & in a finance systems environment.
