Join a dynamic team and take the lead in developing and driving a finance transformation service offering tailored to the financial services industry. As a trusted advisor to CFOs, you’ll leverage your expertise in accounting, reporting, and cross-functional consulting to guide clients through complex transformation journeys.As the key driver of finance transformation services for financial services clients, you will:

• Build and lead a dedicated service offering that delivers finance transformation solutions.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow and strengthen client relationships.
• Manage teams of consultants and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to assess needs, identify opportunities, and design strategic transformation initiatives.
• Implement finance transformation projects aligned with regulatory frameworks (e.g., IFRS, EU Taxonomy, CSRD).
• Diagnose process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance finance operations, systems, and data management.
• Lead ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and enhance financial analytics through tools like Anaplan or Tagetik.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by engaging with technology providers, industry associations, and academic institutions.

• Have at least 10 years of experience in finance transformation consulting, particularly in the financial services sector.
• Are fluent in Dutch or French (native level) and proficient in the other language, with strong English skills.
• Have deep expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and management reporting, including regulatory compliance.
• Possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams and developing talent.
• Excel in communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Have a proven track record in business development, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Bring core consulting skills such as project management, problem-solving, change management, and strategic advisory.
• Have experience in ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Are flexible with travel and open to working in different locations when needed.
