Job Title: Financial Administrator

Location: Market Harborough

Salary: up to £28,000 per annum

Hours of Work: Flexi time (approx. 09:00 – 17:00)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are hiring a Financial Administrator that is experienced in Administration within the Financial Services Sector, with outstanding organisational and time management skills, on the behalf of a dynamic wealth management firm based in Market Harborough. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced office environment, bring experience from the financial services sector, and enjoy communicating with our clients both over the phone and face to face.

Key Responsibilities of a Financial Administrator

  • Providing a first-class experience to our client base, mainly consisting of Directors and Business Owners
  • Managing and preparing content for social media
  • Collaborating closely with the Managing Director to manage and coordinate their busy schedule.
  • Preparing client meeting packs and sign-up forms
  • Ensuring accurate, prompt, and professional communication with clients through a variety of channels
  • Assisting in preparing annual review packs for advisors
  • Effectively manage the front desk to welcome clients and handle incoming calls/emails.
  • Liasing with clients, advisors and third parties via phone and email to chase information and set appointments.
  • Submitting new business
  • Ensuring efficient recording and tracking in compliance with Practice and Regulatory Standards
  • Working with the paraplanning team to address technical queries.

Required Skills of a Financial Administrator

  • Previous administration experience required, preferably from within a Financial Service firm.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Personable and passionate about delivering exceptional work
  • The ability to be pro active, problem solve as well as anticipating next steps
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Outstanding time management
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
