Job description
A growing Irish Tech company is seeking a Financial Controller to lead its finance function, ensuring strong financial controls, reporting, and compliance while driving process improvements.This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a close-knit finance function in a forward-thinking company.The offices are centrally located and the company work on a hybrid basis.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a finance team, overseeing monthly, and quarterly reporting.
- Provide financial insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
- Manage credit control, cash flow, and tax compliance.
- Oversee financial systems (e.g., Netsuite), driving automation and efficiency.
- Monitor company performance by measuring and analyzing results and variances and developing corrective actions
About You:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 7+ years’ experience, including 3+ years as a Financial Controller (ideally in tech).
- Hands-on leader with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and improving financial processes
