This new seafront development will deliver 512 apartments, a 240 sqm creche, and over 2,600 sqm of retail space. • Supervision of subcontractors and others to achieve project production targets in line with programme.
• Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, quality standards and Health & Safety
• Evaluate and identify upcoming challenges to prevent emerging issues.
• Reporting work progress to Senior level Management
