​​A new position is available for a Secretary or PA who has previously worked in a Legal environment and is now looking at becoming a key figure in one of Salisbury’s most established firms. A unique role such as this will give you a real sense of variety making the role all that more interesting and engaging as you will work with Partners on an array of confidential legal matters.Skills & Experiences we are looking for from our Float Secretary:Above average typing speed (60 wpm) +A background in a Secretarial role, preferring someone to come from a Legal backgroundAdaptability – Be able to move between servicesCommunication – Working with a variety of teams, means communicating internally but also with clients externally needs to be really efficientProfessional in approach – Working at a Law firm, we are looking for someone who takes pride in all they doLongevity – Working for such a reputable business, who are known for looking after their staff, we also want to identify someone who wants to stay and be part of a long term future within the businessFloat Secretaries are becoming a real asset within any good Law firm.
