- To ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant and all other food service throughout the Hotel, through the supervision and delegation of duties including private dining, drawing room and room service
- To provide 5 star experience to all customers of the resort at all times
- To control all costs in F&B in the Hotel
- To control and monitor payroll V revenue in F&B in the Hotel
- To manage the Hotel Food & Beverage team with regard to all aspects of food service to ensure the agreed standards of presentation and service are maintained
- To identify training needs, write and maintain effective training manuals with the other supervising staff members and to ensure their implementation with new and existing staff
- To maintain the Time and Attendance system and ensure all reports are completed and sent to the HR department as required
- To motivate the restaurant team and ensure staff morale is kept high at all times

- Proven track record in a similar role
- Enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to quality, high standards, service and customer care
- Will possess excellent communication and customer relation skills
- Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
- Will have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment
- Will be flexible in their working hours
