Our teams are bursting with passion and energy, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and passionate Shift Managers to join us on our exciting journey!As a shift manager in our award winning takeaways, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver quality food and service every time and helping ensure the smooth running of day to day operations.About the roleWe are looking for shift managers to join the team in our Chellaston, Derby take away site, who can help develop and lead the team in an exciting, varied role. Day to day you will help with shift rotas, placing orders with suppliers and completing weekly stock checks, ensuring cleaning is done daily and maintained, and supervising and positively leading a team of customer service and kitchen staff.In the role you will be learning and growing as a leader every day, and it is a great stepping stone to a General Manager position in our expanding business.About youYou are passionate about delivering great customer service and quality food standardsYou’re great with people and have great communication and leadership skillsYou’re always keen to learn new techniques and sharing your experience with your teamYou have a good level of IT experienceYou have strong organisation and problem solving skillsYou have experience in a fast-paced, customer facing hospitality or catering environmentYou thrive in customer focused and leadership roles where supporting others is highly rewardingIdeally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team leader, but if you don’t then don’t worry, we would still love to hear from you.
