HireForce is delighted to be working with a rapidly growing Irish Plc. This is an exciting business that has a really strong business model and is widely respected within its industry. As a result, this client is looking to build up their finance function with high potential individuals.You will be responsible for playing a proactive role in all aspects of commercial finance and will work closely with the Head of FP&A and the CFO. This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your FP&A skills and work closely with industry leading professionals.Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and analytics, including annual planning, P&L forecast, cash flow forecasts, and central department budgets.
- Preparing and presenting insightful analysis to key stakeholders.
- Assisting in the development and standardisation of key insightful financial and management reports.
- Partnering closely with the CFO and Head of FP&A to optimise strategy.
- Liaising with finance business partners and business leaders.
- Supporting the business with ad hoc projects as a trusted advisor.
Requirements:
- Big 4 Qualified Accountant (0-3 years PQE).
