Our client is a prominent professional services firm with offices based in Dublin City Centre. They are seeking a FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst on a permanent, full time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified accountant to join a industry-leading business in a commercial finance role.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports with insights, analysis, and commentary on financial performance and trends.
• Provide recommendations based on the financial analysis.
• Challenge and support financial growth plans.
• Test planning assumptions for both positive and negative scenarios.
• Improve the impact and understanding of operational reports related to financial performance.
• Present financial information at regular meetings.
• Explain the business environment and key financial priorities.
• Prepare reports on key metrics like utilisation, billings, collections, and accounts receivable.
• Track and address sues in work-in-progress and debtor levels.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve performance issues.
• Develop and improve procedures to enhance financial performance.
• Build strong relationships within the business.
• Support financial management and decision-making.
• Provide financial training to enhance understanding of project economics and financial practices.
• Address and improve current workflows for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Handle additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualified.
• 3-5 years within a top tier advisory practice or industry.
• Financial modelling skills a plus.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
