Job description
A US-backed Pharmaceutical company establishing its European HQ here in Dublin is looking to hire an FP&A Analyst.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting financial modelling and planning for executive decision-making.

You will:
- Build and manage financial models.
- Support with the development and submission of budgets and forecasts, ensuring inputs are managed in an accurate, efficient manner to all levels of the organisation.
- Provide in-depth analysis of business performance, working closely with the FP&A manager to emphasise the implications of the numbers and suggested actions.
- Ability to work across various stakeholders within the business and bring knowledge from various sources to support the insights.
- Identify areas for process improvement.
- Work collaboratively across different teams, particularly the global finance teams
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Qualified Accoutant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- A solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modelling is essential. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry would be advantageous.
- Ability to analyse and work with large volumes of data to support informed decision-making.
