Job Description:OverviewAn opportunity exists for an experienced FP&A Senior Data Analyst to join our Finance team here in PepsiCo on a permanent basis.We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. ResponsibilitiesRole Responsibilities

• Reviews and oversees database environment (SAP/BPC etc)
• Custodian of FP&A Master data
• Ensuring data quality exists through standards and rules
• Defining and enforcing data policies
• Working with Digital Reporting team to understand Data requirements and ensure delivery to support reporting
• Liaise with Planning platform team to understand any challenges to data quality and root cause and fix it forever approach to be implemented to resolve.
• Interacting cross functionally in PGCS on Data issues and resolution
• Support the GPLs to meet business needs by coordinating data enhancements which enable the business to deliver against their functional goals and business needs such as productivity projects etc.
• Support the Central to enable them to deliver in line with business needs
• Act as SME and key point on contact for cross functional activities and consultations.

QualificationsEssential Skills:

• Understanding and knowledge of enterprise systems including but not limited to SAP S/4, SAP BPC, SAP Microsoft Analysis for Office Reporting, PowerBI, etc.
• Strong Finance and Accounting process knowledge for Monthly Close, Reporting, Forecasting, and Analysis
• Experience in leading resources in projects and programs
• Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implications beyond the Finance organization
• Versatility and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• International experience and/or exposure working in other business functions preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management
• Must be able to generate, explain, and present detailed schedules, objectives, reports, and other documentation accurately
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive initiatives and projects independently from start to finish
