PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Reports to the FS Agri-Finance Director of Marketing & works in partnership with the Director of Operations & Credit Officer in growing and supporting all aspects of the FS Agri-Finance program. Works strategically with FS Agri-Finance Members to identify opportunities for sales growth using the FS Agri-Finance program.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assists in the development and management of FS Agri-Finance brand marketing strategies and initiatives in alliance with FS Agri-Finance Members and the FS Agri-Finance funding partner.
Works closely with the Director of Marketing in collaboration with FS Agri-Finance Members to support the overall strategy related to goals, growth, and brand.
Works with assigned FS Agri-Finance Members in the development of annual FS Agri-Finance marketing programs.
On a regular basis, meets with GROWMARK Member FS Agri-Finance Specialists, Marketing Managers and General Managers/CEOs to assist with the implementation of FS Agri-Finance marketing programs and product line growth strategies.
Effectively communicate concerns or issues voiced by FS Agri-Finance Members to the Director of Marketing and Director of Operations.
Works closely with the FS Agri-Finance funding partner to identify opportunities for growth and overall program development and improvement.
Works closely with other GROWMARK product divisions (seed, crop protection, crop nutrients, energy) to promote FS Agri-Finance marketing initiatives.
Works collaboratively with the GROWMARK design team to create consistent brand image across multiple digital platforms such as websites, apps, social media, etc.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for content and management of FS Agri-Finance SharePoint site.
Responsible for coordination of FS Agri-Finance sponsored meetings and events.
Responsible for management of FS Agri-Finance distribution lists and Teams content.
Attend and professionally represent FS Agri-Finance at trade shows and corporate events as designated.
Confidently and concisely build recommendations and present to all levels of leadership. Ability to effectively communicate both technical and non-technical information internally and externally.
Responsible for encouraging, supporting, and promoting innovative practices, ideas, and technologies within the team. Anticipates bottlenecks, clarifies project priorities, identify risks and escalates issues that cannot be internally resolved.
Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a bachelor’s degree in agriculture, marketing or business-related discipline or the equivalent thereof, and 5 or more years of business-related work experience and/or training.
Demonstrate essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
This position requires extensive travel. Must provide a vehicle and be enrolled in the Motus business reimbursement program. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record, with the ability to travel independently and overnight when necessary.
Exceptional attention to detail, superb prioritization and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
May required to lift and move 21-50 lbs.
May be required to work beyond what are considered normal business hours.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
