By joining the Technology Consulting team, you will work in high-performing teams that deliver exceptional client service, enabling organisations to grow, innovate, protect, and optimise their business performance – playing your part in building a better working world.Your key responsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Technical Data Analyst with a strong background in Channels and Mobile technology, and knowledge of Customer and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems data. The ideal candidate will have understanding of data in the Customer Channels domain, as well as the underlying data flow architecture, will have supported customer data migration, be adept at data sourcing, data wrangling, issue gap and root cause analysis, delivering in-depth analyses and designing data solutions for effective channel strategies and solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
