Job Description*** Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph ***Under general supervision, this position performs technical and general maintenance work on facilities and building equipment, structures, systems and hardware.

• Complete all Work Tasks and PM’s in a safe and timely matter
• Participate in the daily morning meeting’s with the entire team to discuss the work to be performed as well as a safety topic for that day.
• Practice safe work habits in everything they do.
• Participate in weekly hands on training session on various tasks and equipment every Thursday.
• Ensure STA’s are completed daily before each shift and signed the following day before the next shift begins.
• Ensure all JSA’s have been read and signed for all tasks that we perform.
• Assist all service contractors as needed.
• Complete timecards daily at the end of that shift.
• Provide Weekly updates to the General Maintenance Supervisor of updates on all Tasks/Projects.
• Participate in the Fire Extinguisher and Emergency Eyewash station Program which accounts for more than 600 Fire Extinguishers and 38 Eyewash stations site wide.
• Maintain PM Books for all Inside Maintenance PM’s to include, but not limited to Secure Doors, Raised Floor Inspections, Turnstiles, Shop Equipment, and Building inspections.
• Perform furniture reconfigurations using five different types of modular furniture using more than a thousand different parts.
• Ensure all Personnel have the proper Tools, Equipment, and PPE to perform all tasks.
• As a working supervisor, oversee the activity, tasking and workflow for up to 6 personnel
• Completes annual appraisals for supervised employees and provides periodic performance feedback
• Conduct movement of materiel and furniture as required
• Participate in training sessions on advanced skills such as Framing walls, Installing Drywall, Finishing, Painting, Installing Carpet, Installing ceiling, Raised Floors, Doors, Concrete finishing, and Wood working to assist the general Maintenance personnel in developing their skills.
• Complete all HRMS, Fluor, and High side mandatory computer based training annually.
• Maintain the certification of CPR/AED.
• Participate in the Classified Material Destruction program. The emptying of more than 50 Classified Material bins throughout the site every two weeks and the operating and maintaining of the Destruct Machines as needed.
• Must be skilled and knowledgeable in the following areas. Hand Tools, Power Tools, Patching walls, Painting, Floor Tiles, Ceiling Tiles, Hanging Pictures, Laborer, Landscaping, mowing/trimming, and building shelving.
• Works with the Archibus team to ensure all Assets are accounted for as well accurately identified and recorded.

Basic Job Requirements

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and two (2) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to six (6) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate General Certificates of Secondary Education or global equivalent preferred
• Minimum three (3) years of trade school education or global equivalent
• License(s) and certification(s) as required
• Knowledge and experience with basic hand tools and test equipment
• Ability to read and interpret building layouts, system drawings and manufacturers’ equipment specifications
• Knowledge of standard and specialized maintenance practices
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate General Certificates of Secondary Education or global equivalent preferred
• Minimum three (3) years of trade school education or global equivalent
• License(s) and certification(s) as required
• Knowledge and experience with basic hand tools and test equipment
• Ability to read and interpret building layouts, system drawings and manufacturers’ equipment specifications
• Knowledge of standard and specialized maintenance practices

• The U.S. Government customer requires that United States citizens under consideration for employment at the project location, OCONUS, United Kingdom under a Department of Defense (DoD) contract as well as their spouse/domestic partner and any dependents ages 5yrs and above who will be accompanying them, complete a Behavioral Health Evaluation (BHE) by a doctoral-level (i.e., PhD, PsyD, or MD) behavioral health specialist (i.e., Clinical Psychologist, Psychiatrist) and be deemed “Qualified/Approved” before authorization can be granted to the Candidate Contractor and their family, to relocate to the United Kingdom. If the results of the BHE performed on you, your spouse/domestic partner, and/or any dependents over the age of 5 accompanying you are deemed unacceptable by the U.S. Government customer, in its sole discretion, you will be denied access by the U.S. Government customer to the installation and, as a result, your offer of employment from Fluor will be rescinded.
