• Proven experience as a similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-traffic location.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and inventory management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the General Manager

• Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement effective customer service procedures to foster positive guest experiences.
• Manage inventory needs and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Develop and manage budgetary and resource allocation plans to optimize profitability.
• Negotiate with vendors and service providers to control costs.
• Foster a culture of inclusion and teamwork through consistent team-building activities.
• Generate and analyse business, cost, and employee performance reports for senior management.
• Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective account management.
