- Elevate guest experiences by surpassing expectations with personalized service and attention to detail.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Guide and mentor a talented team with a focus on excellence in recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Uphold health and safety standards while maintaining compliance with industry best practices and company policies.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with guests, suppliers, local businesses, and the wider community.
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a similar hotel environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for motivating and guiding teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and profit targets while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, including health and safety, food and beverage, and environmental sustainability.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
