Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualised care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes to the medical team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
- NMBI Registered.
- Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in the Republic of Ireland.
