Job description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is urgently hiring full-time General Operatives to support growing production demands. Ideal candidates will be flexible, physically fit, and ready to work across various factory departments. Full training is provided.Key Responsibilities:

• Work across different manufacturing areas as directed by supervisors or team leaders
• Operate factory machinery and support planning and production teams to ensure efficiency
• Prepare and maintain moulds and apply release agents
• Cut and measure foam insulation and steel components
• Use spray machines to apply gelcoat and fiberglass; consolidate resin for quality finish
• Remove moulded products, fit ancillary items based on drawings
• Load, pack, and store materials and goods; assist with stock takes
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per GMP standards and company policies
• Input data in ERP system and follow 6S and lean manufacturing practices
• Support forklift duties if certified
• Participate in ongoing training programs

Compensation:

• Starting rate: €14.29/hour
• Increase to €14.83/hour after 6 months, and €15.39/hour after 11 months
• Accommodation rent: €65–€140/week (based on room type, all near factory)
