Job description

Duties:

• Ensure timely renewal of all assigned accounts
• Build strong relationships with an existing client base
• Negotiate contracts and maximize terms
• Prepare quotes for contract renewal
• Maintain quote documentation with accurate pricing
• Deal with external and internal queries in a professional, client orientated manner
• Ensure the integrity of client information maintained in the database systems
• Prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines, paying attention to details
• Effectively maintain and improve Knowledge Base Tool

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in an outbound call center role, inside sales or any other sales experience preferred
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Energetic, outgoing personality
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Salary: €35K p/a basic + OTE (€10K+)Benefits: Private healthcare, gym membership, flexible work hrs, cycle-to-work scheme, weekly meals, 27 days ALWork hrs: Mon – FriWork model: Hybrid
