Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 12 years’ experience to join the Agri Center Of Excellence team in the Business Technology (BT) organization. The Global SAP Execution Lead will be responsible for global execution and settlement processes within the global SAP Team. As a solution lead, they will champion the design, development and deployment of all system business processes and functionality in the related SAP module (and non-SAP when relevant). They will manage and develop a team of professionals and lead large projects to deploy solutions across different regions.

The role reports to the Director, Europe/Asia & Agri COE organization. 

Essential Functions:

• Global solution leader for all Agri trade execution business processes and SAP trade execution solutions based on GTM/SD/MM or other modules (or non-SAP applications) plus actively drive the alignment / standardization across all countries globally. 
• Drive large & complex solution design with limited supervision to answer to business needs globally. 
• Lead large project solution deployment including tactical aspects & budget follow-up.
• Drive performance through a medium-sized team of internal and external professionals reporting to them. 
• Develop and maintain strong and long-term partnerships with our internal clients
• Accountable for the success, quality, stability of trade execution solutions in the whole product lifecycle as defined in the portfolio including the whole release management process, knowledge management and solution support. 
• Innovative / top-of -the art solutions design & implementations
• Stability, fit and standardization of the Trade Execution solutions that meet business requirements.
• Delivery of projects as per defined quality standards, schedules and processes (ie SOX)
• Driving performance through their team. Team development, engagement and retention
• Apply acquired experience, methodology and tools to create innovative solutions and solve complex planned & unplanned problems.
• Drive continuous improvement via new ways of working. 
• Understand, monitor and anticipate business and technology challenges (cross-team, cross-functional) and recommend improvements.
• Manage large projects (solution deployment) with limited supervision.
• Lead a team of professionals, support their performance and development. 
• Lead laterally through the organization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field (Master Degree or MBA are a plus)
• 15+ years experience in a similar position or equivalent
• 15+ years SAP expertise in SAP areas (MM and SD module) 
• Industry knowledge and experience: 15+ experience in the Agribusiness industry with deep business knowledge of trade execution & settlement related processes. Deep knowledge of trading and contracting key
• Technical knowledge and experience: 15+ year’s experience in designing/implementing SAP key modules (MM/SD, GTM/FI/PS a plus) 
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a structured and organized manner in a complex, dynamic and uncertain environment.
• Fluent in English
