Management Level : Manager L7

Location: Bengaluru/Gurugram/Mumbai

Must have skills: SAP Agricultural Contract Management in Agribusiness and Food Industry. Should have worked on 2-3 end-to-end implementation projects. Should have also supported large and strategic RFPs/Proposals.

Business analysis and functional consulting skills: requirements gathering, business process mapping (as-is/to-be), fit-gap analysis, and workshop facilitation.

Experience in : SAP ACM/ Agriculture Contract Management

Exposure to agribusiness, food & beverage, or consumer goods industry.

Good to have skills:

Prior experience of working on 2-3 large scale implementation and delivery programs for global clients

Experience in at least 2 Agribusiness sub sectors:

• Livestock
• Dairy
• Grains
• Plantations
• Fresh Fruits

Must have:

• Agri Enterprise Transformation: Commodity Trading & Risk Management, SAP ACM/Agricultural Contract Management
• Programme & Project Management: Multi-track programme governance and delivery, PMO setup and reporting, risk and issue management, change management and deployment/go-live coordination
• Proven success in client-facing roles for 2-3 engagements

Good to have – Experience functional areas:

• Digital Agri Supply Chain: Precision Ag-Tech Assessment, GenAI for Agribusiness. Supply Chain Planning (o9 Solutions, SAP IBP), Data & Analytics platforms (Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau)
• Agri Commercial Excellence: Value Realization Office, Commodity Procurement, Agribusiness Cost to Serve
• Platform Skills (good to have, based on current client demand): SAP IBP, SAP EWM, SAP APO PPDS, SAP CFIN/FI-CO, SAP MM, Salesforce CRM, o9 Solutions, Phaenix+/Coupa, MS Project, Jira/Confluence. Data platform exposure (Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage for analytics-facing roles

As part of Accenture’s Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S) industry practice, you will collaborate with leading global Agribusiness and Consumer Packaged Goods clients to define and deliver technology-enabled business transformation. You will help clients navigate their digital and operational reinvention journey—leveraging SAP ACM, Data, and AI—to enhance resilience, sustainability, and profitability.

• Be a part of the Agribusiness team, one of the key capabilities or sub-industry areas to Consumer Goods and Services -drive business design and assessment such as value assessment, business case creation, business process re-engineering and so on.
• Provide solutions for complex client problems across the Commodity Trading/Data/AI/ SAP ACM space throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the associated technologies.
• Engage with clients in understanding their requirements, scoping, discovering and defining solutions, explaining business benefits and use cases and developing a roadmap to meet their goals.
• Create innovative solution designs that utilize our extensive service offerings.
• Support our business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for multiple transformations.
• Create proof of concepts and Point of view regarding different topics in Agribusiness
