Job title: Group Sales & Marketing Director

This is a senior role in a growing company and requires a candidate with at least 5 years previous experience in a similar position.

As an Executive Director you will have a daily impact on all strategic decisions.
Overall responsibility for the Sales & Marketing function of the business nationally.
Develop new business in line with strategic growth plans.
Form part of the executive team directing the strategic growth & expansion of the business.
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies through the preparation of a sales plan.
Implementation and administration of the Sales & Marketing budget.
Maintain excellent communication and work relationships with internal & external customers.
Ensure M&E revenue is maximized at all times
To comply with GDPR policy at all time and be a lead partner in the GDPR team.
To measure and track sales and marketing activities & impact.
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Maintain brand management and corporate identity.
Oversee online and print marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Oversee all marketing platforms including digital, online, print for the company and activities within the department

The Ideal Candidate will:

Have a minimum of 5 years previous experience in a senior Sales & Marketing role
