Job title: Group Sales & Marketing Director
This is a senior role in a growing company and requires a candidate with at least 5 years previous experience in a similar position.
- As an Executive Director you will have a daily impact on all strategic decisions.
- Overall responsibility for the Sales & Marketing function of the business nationally.
- Develop new business in line with strategic growth plans.
- Form part of the executive team directing the strategic growth & expansion of the business.
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies through the preparation of a sales plan.
- Implementation and administration of the Sales & Marketing budget.
- Maintain excellent communication and work relationships with internal & external customers.
- Ensure M&E revenue is maximized at all times
- To comply with GDPR policy at all time and be a lead partner in the GDPR team.
- To measure and track sales and marketing activities & impact.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Maintain brand management and corporate identity.
- Oversee online and print marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Oversee all marketing platforms including digital, online, print for the company and activities within the department
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years previous experience in a senior Sales & Marketing role
- Self-motivated and sets a positive example for employees by their attitude and performance.
