With our global presence and extensive experience, Control Risks maintains an ever-growing database of multi-national risk management professionals to match skills and knowledge to meet our clients ever increasing needs.We are experiencing demanding growth across our Embedded Consultant Services (ECS) program and are seeking to build our existing database of embedded consultants across EMEA.We are seeking consultants for a number of roles in our clients GSOC in Dublin, Ireland. The GSOC is a part of an integrated global structure with standardized processes and systems.Requirements:We are seeking experienced professionals to support our client’s Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) in Dublin. GSOC plays a critical role in protecting people, operations, and assets globally through real-time monitoring, analysis, and response.We are actively hiring for the following positions:GSOC Operators (24/7 Shift)Responsibilities:

  • Monitor global risk events, alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Coordinate emergency response and manage incident escalation.
  • Respond to security tickets and document all incidents.
  • Maintain clear communication and shift handovers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a GSOC or security environment
  • Familiarity with alarm/CCTV systems and emergency protocols
  • Effective communication, multitasking, and documentation skills.
  • 24/7 rotating shifts (incl. holidays)

AMC Operators (Alarm & Access Control)Responsibilities:

  • Perform surveillance via intrusion/fire alarms, access control, and CCTV.
  • Respond and escalate incidents following SOPs.
  • Support security system maintenance, audits, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in investigations and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Like GSOC Operator role, with focus on security tech systems
  • Strong logical reasoning and calm under pressure
  • PSA license (Ireland)

Analysts (Security, Political Risk, Intelligence)Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, assess, and report on global threats and regional risks.
  • Conduct open-source and proprietary intelligence analysis.
  • Perform system audits and assist in response planning.
  • Support enterprise-level data analysis and security assessments.

Requirements:

  • Experience in risk analysis, intelligence, or security monitoring
  • Skilled in OSINT tools, databases, and incident management platforms
  • Clear, concise report writing and stakeholder communication.

Shift LeadsResponsibilities:

  • Lead GSOC shift operations and oversee operator performance.
  • Coordinate incident response, ensure SOP adherence.
  • Quality control for GSOC reporting and handovers
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members

Requirements:

  • 1+ year GSOC supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Technical knowledge of alarm/CCTV, risk monitoring, and OSINT
  • Ability to remain calm and direct teams during high-pressure events.

Program SpecialistGSOC Program Specialist – 40-hour work week.· College degree or above / or min. 2 years GSOC experience (ideally in program management/supervisory/leadership capacity).· Proficient in using office software, with excellent document & technical writing skills.· Proficiency with data analytics and critical thinking skills· Adapt at identifying and addressing customer needs.· Ability to develop and manage programs, including prioritizing tasks, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), planning, allocating resources, executing, and overseeing progress.· Proficiency in global risk event monitoring, OSINT tactical intelligence, CCTV, alarm monitoring/response and incident/emergency response protocols.Apply Now and be part of a growing GSOC team that safeguards people and operations worldwide.
