Description du poste :We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Developer to lead the expansion of our digital PCR solutions, focusing on the Nio™ system, within Belgium & Netherlands. This individual will be at the forefront of promoting and selling our cutting-edge products, developing new leads, and increasing Stilla’s brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow sales
– Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the genomics field.
– Generate new leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and product promotions.
– Provide product demonstrations and training to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of Stilla’s digital PCR solutions.
– Attend and organize conferences, workshops, and seminars to promote Stilla’s products.
– Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and competitor activities.Package: 75/90 K base salary / depending on experience + 30K/40K annual target bonus quarterly paied based on revenu goals + car allowanceDescription du profil :– Experience: Proven track record in selling genomics equipment or related scientific instruments.
– Skills: Strong business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to create and foster client relationships.
– Background: Academic or professional background in genomics or molecular biology.
– Personality: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and capable of working independently to drive business goals.
