This is a fantastic new role at one of our favourite clients – the opportunity to lead an existing team of talented partners in a values driven firm with a clear strategy for growth.There are several finance partners who sit between the corporate and real estate groups, with a team of associates supporting. The firm is particularly noted for expertise in:

• Real Estate and development finance
• General acquisition and corporate finance
• Asset based lending and receivables finance
• Funds

This works in tandem with a large corporate team and insolvency/restructuring. As well as specialist litigators.They are on several lender panels for UK clearing and private banks and nurture a large borrower client base. The latter is the more prominent.They are now looking to recruit an experienced leader to consolidate and drive the banking and finance team forward, both in terms of growth and capability. This will in turn elevate the corporate and real estate groups, so there is major internal buy-in for this hire.We are keen to speak to partners whose practice is either in general banking & finance, or in real estate finance, who have established themselves and are looking for a leadership role. You will likely be in a mid-market firm with some lender relationships as well as borrower clients, and be passionate about growth and client development. An interest and some experience in ESG and sustainable finance would be ideal as there is major alignment here.In terms of culture and environment, this firm offers something truly unique within the market, and candidates we introduce are consistently impressed.
