With ambitious growth plans and a commitment to innovation, they are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to generate impactful enquiries and enhance their digital presence.As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s marketing strategy and ensuring its successful implementation.Your ultimate goal? To deliver a consistent stream of high-quality enquiries that allow the company to meet and/or exceed their business objectives.Are you the right person for the job?You will bring a blend of marketing expertise and technical know-how to the role. You’ll need:

• A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how they can be used as leverage within the water jetting industry.
• Leadership skills that inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals
• Analytical capabilities to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication abilities to build relationships and gain buy-in at all levels
• Tech-savviness to navigate a variety of digital platforms and tools effectively

What will your role look like?

• Keeping the website fresh, engaging, and optimised for top-tier performance in search engine rankings
• Ensuring customer segmentation is well-organised, up-to-date, and primed for success
• Producing and publishing relevant, high-impact content across digital and social media channels
• Researching, acquiring, and nurturing valuable new contacts to drive growth
• Developing and gaining approval for an annual marketing strategy that incorporates insights from the industry landscape
• Submitting monthly performance updates and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns across various platforms
• Leading multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance the company’s reach and impact
